Eating healthy effects the hair; as well as, our bodies. If we don't have the right vitamins & nutrition in our body, it can cause a depletion of the necessary vitamins needed to sustain the scalp & cuticles of the hair. Think about how some foods effect how your skin break out; therefore, it can effect your hair as well! Try to eat healthy & get the right vitamins in your bodies.
