Your hair reaps the benefit of exercise.

Hair And Exercise

 Exercising is important to our bodies; as well as, our hair! The CUTICLE is the outer layer of the hair. It's job is to protect and retain moisture and oils to the hair.EXERCISE is good for the health  of your hair cuticle .       

There are some diseases; such as diabetes & heart disease, that minimize the CIRCULATION  which is needed for the health of the hair cuticle. Exercise can help improve the circulation of the blood which give the needed NUTRIENTS to the hair & other parts of the body.

University of Maryland Medical Center recommends exercising at least 30 minutes daily, five days a week to maintain healthy hair. I know it's hard sometimes, but think of the health & beauty benefits. Now that you know that exercise effects your HEALTH,  BODY APPEARANCE, & HAIR APPEARANCE. What are you going to do about it? You can't do it laying in the bed dreaming about it. 

Let's aim to GET UP!  GET DRESSED,  & GET that 30 minutes in.................GET READY! GET SET! GOOOOOOOOOOOO !  Lol ! You can do it ! Just continue to think good motivating thoughts of the benefits of exercise. That beautiful health, body, & hair!!!!!!  Remember, the better the health of the HAIR, the better the HAIR STYLE looks!!!
